How can you tell? Either it is fixed or it is not fixed.

    STATUS/RESOLUTION:

NOTE: A fix was originally implemented in Clarity 13.1.0
Patch #8 and Clarity 13.3.0 Patch #1. The fix was taken out in Clarity 13.3.0
Patch #2. Therefore, the fix is NOT implemented in Clarity 13.3 with the latest
patch applied, however the fix still remains in the Clarity 13.1.0 Generic
    Patch.
Due to a limitation in the V13 High Charts functionality we are not
able to fully address the issue at this time. A redesign or new UI is a possible
idea for consideration in a future release. The limitation of the High Charts
means that labels in the legend area will be displayed in the format of "bubble
color & data"; which cannot be separated.

    Resolved in Clarity 13.1.0
    Generic Patch. Reference TEC581256
    Open
    issue for Clarity 13.2
    *REMOVED* from Clarity 13.3.0 Generic
    Patch. Reference TEC605767

Hello @urmas, thank you for bringing this to our attention and very good catch!

It is a simple repetition of the content, and your note has been forwarded to our Support team to be fixed so the repetition is removed.

    Thank you.

The reason that the item is listed twice is because it was 'fixed' in an earlier release of the patch (release #1)

Then later it was 'removed' from the patch (release #2) and noted as such.

Patches are cumulative and if you were to look at the release notes, it is listed twice for the two separate versions of the patch and explained in more detail in the technical article.

Thank you all for the education.

The answer to either it is fixed or it is not fixed is that it fixed, but the fix is not always there.

If you applied Clarity v13.3 patch 1 and then a later patch other than patch 2 say patch 8 would you still have that on your system.?

I was under the impression that you cannot uninstall patches/fixes can a cumulative patch do that? Ie if you install patch 2 over  patch1 will the fix be there or removed.

If you have listing of issues fixed in in patch, is it relevant to list fixes that were initially there but no longer in the patch at hand?

BTW as the initiator of the thread I do not have a recollection of having marked an aswer as correct.
