On the other hand while lookup ID LOOKUP_PARAM_DEPT_CODE is used on the Project Properties Settings page.
it is also possible to enter the department value on the main properties page and in project attirbutes Department OBS is using lookup
Name OBS Projects Filter Browse
ID OBS_BROWSE_FLT_PRJ
If that is used the browse window has just the Department. The downside is that there are no filters and navigation is more work and you still have to enter the Location on the Settings page.

That is an impasse: you cannot modify the lookup and you cannot use another lookup. Just live with it.
Maybe you could use a process to update the department OBS path or wait till the business rules come and see if a rule can do that.

Hi Martti,
thanks a lot for your quick answer. But the problem is that, if we create a custom lookup the associated new field does not work related with the field Department OBS as it should.
(It should update the department OBS Path in accordance with the selected department)
Best regards.

It is a system restricted lookup - you can't
If you can change the lookup where you are using it to a custom lookup create one with the same query. That will allow you to select the filter and displayed fields.

Hi there,
We would like to remove the "Entity" register from the OTB Attribute "Department" options, having only Department´s Name and ID.
(The entity refers to the old name of the company)
This attribute uses the lookup "LOOKUP_PARAM_DEPT_CODE"
So far, we haven´t been able to modify it.
Any tips or help please let us know.
Best regards.
