Jaspersoft: Resource Time Summary and Detail - error

- Run the Jaspersoft Resource Time Summary and Detail report, using Group By=Resource Manager

- Results are as expected

- Export results to any Excel format

- Expect to see Resource Manager name in Group By field

- Actually see blank field

- Grouping By Time Period, however, works fine, as expected.

Hi Dale,

 

I tested this and this seems to be a new PPM defect. I raised it as:
CLRT-80677 Advanced Reporting - Resource Time Summary and Detail - Excel export is displaying blank lines when grouped by Resource Manager

Please could you raise a support case so we can link it to it, then just PM me the issue number? Or only your site id will also work. This will allow for updates for you, when the issue gets fixed.

Hi Dale : just an update on CLRT-80677 : this defect is going to be fixed in Basie, due to release in September.
