    Hello,

I am facing issue with NTEVL probe alerts. in most of the cases when NIMSOFT SERVICE CONTROLLER restarts on a server it captures back dated alert too. any solution for this.
I am attaching the .cfg file that has been configured in our environment. please suggest some solution for this issue.

there is so much value in the details
based on the limited info is seems messages are getting held up at the robot
is this happening for other probes at that robot
are qos messages consistently being processed from this robot
what is the revision of the OS, robot, ntevl?

what version of the ntevl probe r u using? We used to have this problem but when I opened a case about it they then added in the position feature. In situations where the ntevl probe crashes and looses the last place it left of, it looks at the position file to pick up where it last read.
