    nas 9.00HF4 and alsrm enrichment is working fine ..

    failure to activate can be due to a number of reasons.
    set controller for log level 3
    set nas for log level 5
    deactivate nas so it is grey and has neither port or pid
    activate
    check the logs

    Yes the hub where nas is deployed. 
    best to do both vs2017_vcredist_x64 & vs2017_vcredist_x86. 
    it is noted that there has been no response to my recommendations.
