Jaspersoft Studio 6.3 HTML5 Chart

Hi,

I have installed Jaspersoft Studio 6.3 in my test lab. But I am not able to find the option HTML5 Charts in Component pro. This option come as disabled. But while creating the report from ITASM 8.8 Machine I can see this option enabled. Enclosed is the Image for the reference. Do let me know if this feature requires different License Key ?

Hi Mohit,

Can you verify that the JasperReports server between your install and ITASM are the same? You could also try to upgrade to JasperReport r6.4.3 and see if that resolves the issue?

Hi Brian,

Yes it is the same version  on both my test lab and ITASM Machine which is Jaspersoft studio 6.3. But In my test lab HTML5 Charts in Component pro is disabled. I have also checked in the higher version of Jasper Soft Studio which 6.9 but in that also HTML5 Charts in Component pro is disabled. Only it is available with ITASM machines. Is that ITASM machine comes with any particular License key ?
