    Hi Gene,

Thanks a lot for the information.

Could you lease let me know the probes and the queues to be configured in the HA probe in secondary HUB.

I got the below probes to be deployed, is it correct but I didn't fond the queues to be enabled on HA probe of secondary.
    ace,data_engine,nas,alarm_enrichment,service_host,mpse,admin_console

    Thanks

    Hi Gene,

In the sngtw, we need to specify the wsdl and end url of servernow. Could you please let me know for which services, we need for wsdl and end point urls.

    Thanks
    KR

    KR -

The sngtw probe is only certified for use with the following ServiceNow versions:

    • Calgary
    • Eureka
    • Fuji
    • Geneva
    • Helsinki
If you are integrating UIM with a later version of ServiceNow, then you should be using the sdgtw probe instead of the sngtw probe since we will not be able to address any defects that you may encounter with the sngtw probe.
If you are integrated with an older version of ServiceNow and assuming your ServiceNow incident webservice is incident.do, then your sngtw probe configuration values are as follows:
    WSDL:
    <ServiceNow URL>/incident.do?WSDL

    example:  https://my.service-now.com/incident.do?WSDL
    Endpoint URL:
    <ServiceNow URL>/incident.do?SOAP

    example:  https:my.service-now.com/incident.do?SOAP

If you are integrating with a later release of ServiceNow, then you can download the sdgtw probe from the following link:
    http://support.nimsoft.com/Files/Archive/00356/sdgtw-2.2.0.zip
When you configure the ServiceNow connection you would use the ServiceNow URL for both the URL and Client URL fields in the ServiceNow connection profile.  Using the ServiceNow example from above, that would be https://my.servicenow.com
