running certification not received mail from CA IG

  • 1.  running certification not received mail from CA IG

    Dear Team,

       While running certification only he has not received mail from CA IG. But one feature is there in CA IG like SMTP checkup if I run that, he is getting mail from IG.

    Please suggest?

    Hi Sudip,

    Have you checked your log and see if the log showing any error while campaign was created?  This is under assumption you have checked everything we have mention  during the previous post.  What is the site you are working on?

    we have checked logs during the time of certification campaign creating but could not see any error vanera

    1) Please try to enable logs to DEBUG mode for all emails. and keep checking logs after triggering certification campaign, the complete email template of email should be displayed.



    2) Please make sure the Notification for particular email event is enabled in certification template.
    3) Sometime email comes in inbox quite late. So please wait for 15-30 mins atleast for email notification to receive.

    Please check in the configuration of your universe in entity browser that email exists for this user.

    Also you can check your configuration file via Client tools if you are using.

    Yes, that email exists for this user.
    In Uat I am able to trigger email but in production same issue occurs.

    Could you help me to resolve it?

    please suggest what configuration needs to check?

    1. Make sure you have mentioned manager attribute in universe in Configuration Users Manager Field  (in case of user certification) and Configuration Resources Manager Field (in case of resource certification)

    2. Make sure your RACI configuration are created, synchronized and updated  by clicking on below links


    And then you can run your certification.

    In case even after doing above, still you do not receive email. please delete your RACI configurations and recreate them, sync and update them.
