Sounds like an old report that was scheduled, so you should be able to safely clear this lock. To see what the instance ID refers to, run this query: select * from prlock
It will include the table as PRTABLENAME so you will know which table it refers to and can build a query to look for more info.

When I look at the System Locks on the page at http://SERVERNAME/niku/nu#action:security.locks, I see a 9 month old Report Run Lock held by the system account scheduler,scheduler. When I search for a report using the Instance ID as the Run ID, I get no results. In this case, to what does the Instance Id refer and how can I determine if this lock should be cleared or continue to be held? (This is Clarity 15.5.1 SaaS)
