You would need to make an update package for each probe as the location of the loglevel and size could be in different sections based on the probe.

Do you use MCS? If so the "setup {probe}" package or choice in MCS will have loglevel setting and most also have logsize setting. SO you can modify the MCS "setup {probe name}" in MCS where you would want to probe deployed. This could efficiently deploy to all your robots|probes.

You can create a cfg file push to all robots , there is any specific reason behind this ? Because unnecessary the log will increase

    Gene

can i edit in the robot_update package i have in my environment so that at least controller controller hdb  and spooler can be updated simultaneously instead

the reason for increasing the log level and logsize is because basically tool missed a dirscan alarm for which i could replicate to troubleshoot hence it is a request from client to keep them at least at 3

I would make a copy of it in the achieve and rename it.
    Then modify it as needed.

So I have never tested doing this.
But thinking about this the robot_update does not make any changes to the robot.cfg as it is designed to update binaries only.
so that is really not surprising that it does not have one.
You will need to create your own package to do this.
