  • 1.  New 'Login type' menu in AWI v12.3 login panel

AWI v12.3 introduces a new Login type pop-up menu in the AWI login panel.

This menu replaces the Kerberos check box in previous versions of this panel, probably because AWI v12.3 now supports not only Kerberos authentication, but also SAML.

If you choose Kerberos from the menu, several fields disappear.
As far as I know, the URL parameters sso and autologin still function as before.

I am about to implement SAML, but I'm now questioning the behaviors of "Enable autologin", and to be honest, I haven't even tried it yet for fear of not being able to reset it.  Once you select this option, how does a user reset it?

    Hello,

To log in with different credentials or to change your session options, empty your browser cache and restart the Automic Web Interface. A blank login page with all fields is displayed.

    Hi,

We are running version 12.3.1 and have to integrate Okta login. So is there any documentation on how to do the integration? Will I need to open a ticket with Broadcom?

A good place to start is to search for 'okta' in the online help system.

I will also private-message some hints to you, since I am in the midst of doing the same thing here.
