PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target is the error I am getting with my client on version 9.3.0 of applications manager when I use "https" URL. With "http" I do not get this error.
My keystore is located in C:\Users\username\.AppWorx as it should be and it seems to be finding it in that dir. Anyone help?

Did you get a response or figure this out? I'm running into same error after upgrade and keystore files are already in the correct directories.

The correct location for the user_keystore files in v9.3.x is C:\Users\username\AppWorx\mastername  (note: just AppWorx, not .AppWorx)
Remove any other user keystore files from the .AppWorx directory.
