Well, that's because devices and ports are two different models. The column that you have displayed, most probably displays an attribute that has a value on the device, but it does not have a value on the port. Check on the attributes lists for both devices and some ports on the device. Whoever/whatever is populating the attribute at the device level, should be configured to fill in the details at port level also, if that is required.

The value (highlight in yellow) is already populated manually in "Asset Info" but not appear. This issue only happen to this type of major alarm (Bad Link Detected).

Does the USER_AssetID attribute have a value?
In your screen shot of the USER_AssetID attribute in the Attributes tab is not displaying a value.
I believe the value of this attribute has to be populated manually.
