    CA Single Sign-On Tech Tip by Patrick Dussault, Principal Support Engineer for September the 20th

     

    Question :

     

    Running SDK Custom Agent, this one shows error :

     

    SMERROR: SmServer, retryTimedoutConnections, Error retrying connection NO CONN|#]

     

    I'd like to know why this error appear and what does it mean ?

     

    Environment :

     

    SDK 12.52SP1CR01

     

    Answer :

     

    This second call in "retryTimedoutConnections" function is to make
    the Agent sure that all the connections are lost completely. So this
    doesn't reflect an error that the browser will see.
