As a follow-up to our December Rally Office Hours session, we'd like to share some highlights in addition to the questions that were asked, along with their respective answers.

Discussion topic: Rally Office Hours Year in Review

For this month's update, Michele and Chris briefly reviewed the different topics we discussed this year during our Rally Office Hours sessions:
- July - Nested Stories: The ability to simply define a hierarchy of parent/child User Stories that includes grandchildren stories, great grandchildren stories, and so on.
- Nested stories are an anti-pattern to improving or maturing your lean-agile practices. The very essence of why we adopt lean-agile practices is to continually improve and adapt as the world changes.
- August - PI Planning Preparation: How Rally prepares for PI Planning, especially when distributed.
- We learned you can still do SAFe and PI Planning, and it's super important to adapt the methods and tools to enable teams to collaborate from anywhere.
- September - Rally Integrations: We wanted to hear from you about the products you would like to integrate with Rally.
- October - Product Announcements and Updates: We shared some updates about what the Rally team has been working on and what to expect to see very soon.
- Data Density (Grids and Boards), Pinned and Recent Items, Improved Search, Improved Reports.
- November - Product Roadmap Preview: We shared our upcoming Roadmap highlights for the coming year.
- Future items include Improved Search, Improved Reports, New Timeline, Improved Dependency Management, Smart CFD, and Objectives and Key Results.

- Had someone give me a whammy question this morning. She saved on the wrong US and removed the details. In the revision history it just says "too long to display". Any ideas?
- Responses from the audience:
- Unfortunately rich text fields aren't saved in Lookback API
- You might be able to see more of the Revision Description by loading the revision outside of the UI
- After further discussion ideas were presented such as creating an undo button, revert to previous, and extra guardrails for copying and modifying. We will take this into consideration for potential future enhancements.
- Are there any updates on the OKR/Objectives work? Can I get involved in the early Beta?
- We are currently conducting prototype testing with a very small group of customers. Unfortunately, participation for this work is currently at capacity. We however hope to have something ready for a larger group to beta test early in 2021.
- Are there any updates on the work around Scatter Plots?
- We do have feature work in the backlog for this, but it is not scheduled for the current PI.
- Any update on the ability to configure the nomenclature: Project and Release specifically?
- This is current in the product backlog, but not scheduled in the current PI.
- Any updates scheduled for the admin screens?
- Work on the Rally admin pages is ongoing and scheduled to continue through the later half of 2021.
- Is there a place where we can go and find all the questions asked during these sessions and their answers?
- Yes - Recaps are posted each month in the Rally community.
- Is there a plan to allow for "editing" of Templates? Currently we need to apply a template, make changes and then save the updated version as a new one making it a little cumbersome.
- This is currently not planned work but we will keep it in mind for future enhancements.
