User Story to Defect

Hi,

Should I be able to change a User Story to a Defect?
App gives me the option, but after the User Story is changed to a Defect - it won't let me SAVE.  It only lets me "Discard".

Any solution?

Hi Debra,

I think you will find that the story is converted and you have both in your system. It may be that you have a "Required" filed that needs to be set before you can exit the page. scroll down and see if any fields are highlighted with a red border.

Well, don't I feel silly - Yes that was it.
Maybe it would be a good idea to add a little pop up note to instruct that exercise.
