As Silvia mentioned, only trap based events are available in AlertMap. 10d35 is based on the SNMP polls and it is available in only the EventDisp files.
If you are on Linux try the below command.
find . -type f -exec grep -l "10d35" {} + | grep EventDisp

Subject: Unable to find 0x00010d35
Dear All,
Thanks to all who have clarified the queries. Need further expert comments on this. We have CA Spectrum 10.2.1.
I am unable to find entry of 0x00010d35 in any file at this location <$SPECROOT>/SS/CSVendor/<developername>/ where developername is
the name of the company/vendor. I believe 0x00010d35 is meant for DEVICE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING TO POLLS.
I am searching for the alertmap file which shows me entry for hexadecimal code mapped for below alarms:
1) DEVICE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING TO POLLS
2) MANAGEMENT AGENT LOST
3) Chassis Down
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Regards,
AK
