Facing Issue for Jira intregation with ARD

​Hi ,

getting below message while trying to integrate Jira with ARD,on clicking setup configure under mapping section of JIRA my projects are visible but it is not allowing me to perform anything.

  Message :  "IT APPEARS YOU HAVE NO CORRECTLY CONFIGURED PROJECT"

Kindly suggest what ARD meant by correctly configured project ?  
we are using  ARD 2.8 version.

Hi Honey Soni!

Configuring the project means telling ARD which fields from your JIRA you want to map to which ARD attributes, in either Paths or Flow blocks. 

I don't see an attachment, I'm afraid, but a screenshot might indeed help to see what you see.

Thanks for the screenshot! I see you logged in successfully, and ARD can list your Jira projects, but then it silently fails listing configurable entities. 

Could you please tell us which version of Jira you are using (if on-premise), or is it the Cloud version?

I meant, which version of Jira are you using? It would be easiest if you pass on the info we gathered in this conversation, and include your Jira version, and open a support ticket, then a developer can look into it.

Can you find out on your end which version of Jira you are using, and include that detail in the ticket? The devs will likely ask for that. Apart from that, I have no updates myself.

I have already mentions the version of ARD and JIRA we are using , kindly pass on this info to developers if you are in direct contact with them.

Incident description :

we are using On premise  ARD 2.8.000.17 and   Jira v7.13.5
