    Hi team,

    We are having a frequent error in connection with the database server, this error seems to have been reported in other cases in the community without response like this

    This error is affecting the access to the AWI because no connection is being generated between the AE engine and the database.

    did you already talked to your database admins to fix the reported error 9002?
