Hi,
We started using user profiles in order to deploy user specific changes (mostly HKCU registry data).
We encounter a few problems:
1. When deleting a workstation, the profiles attached to this ws are not deleted. Thus, when the machine is reinstalled and rediscovered, the users will not get the user specific packages.
2. When we create a user profile based query, and then try to create a policy based on this query, its not possible.
The user profile based queries does not appear in the query list for the policy. It is possible to create a group base on the query, though.
If anyoune can help, I would appreciate. I have cases open on both subject but can't seem to get an answer + in one case the IT rep advised in the case that I write in the community.
