  • 1.  Computers with Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS are not collect all information

    Hi,

    We have some agents installed on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, but agent not recognizes the correct version of SO (only show Ubuntu Linux), and not collect all information (only memory and disk). It's work fine with earlier versions (16, 12, etc).

    On the supportability matrix, support goes to Kubuntu 16.04 LTS and not 18. Any forecast to support a new version?

    Hi Marcus,

     

    We are planning to certify the newer Linux versions as part of the next release.

     

    Please install "net-tools" on your 18.04 system as they are no longer installed by default. This should improve the amount of inventory data collected.

    Thank you for your answer, but net-tools already installed on owner 18.04. Any other suggestion?
