Integration of SOI and Performance Center

Hi Team,

 

I want to Integrate SOI 4.0SP2 with Performance Center. How can i Integrate with PC.

1. By installing the connector can i able to import the services, CIs present in Performance Center or we have to do some customization from PC side or from SOI Side.

2. Is there any detailed document for the installing of PC Connector because while installing the connector, it asks only the port number. How can it Retrieve the data with that port number alone?

Hi Krishna,

1 - According to CAPC connector document "The CA PM connector is a Level 4 connector with support for outbound operations without service import.", in short, you won't be able to import services. It is documented here

I don't know how this connector collects all data just using the port but if you need further help you can open a case with CAPC team.

NOTE:

The current CAPC connector supports CAPC version 3.2.0, if you have higher version of CAPC you'll have to open a case with CAPC to get support. Here is the link to the connector compatibility matrix if you need to look in to
