    Hi Folks,

For a particular robot, I see below in the error messages

    Controller: Warning : ARP_find failed
Controller: nimVerifyLogin warning, could not obtain ether from ip='xxxxx'

I would like understand more on this error because the IP can be pinged and there is no problem accessing the controller.
The robot even registers on the hub only problem noticed is that probes can't be deployed to the robot.

    Thanks.

Which log was this in? Can't recall seeing it before in controller, but may have missed it. In means that the Adress Resolution Protocol failed to supply an IP like in a bootp or DHCP environment. could be also on older message and IP was eventually optained. Does your IP in IM for robot match your ipconfig or ifconfig outputs?

don't think those messages are an actual error.
remote into the hub that has the robot
    telnet <robot ip>:48000
    telnet <robot ip>:48002
