Due to security reasons some clients can not download from the hotfix site, so the new design offers the same options as the main support site.

I did as recommended and just got the save view without the ability to download the files.
I did this a second time and when I was sent to the page I mentioned earlier; I can see an link that says "add solution to cart". I did this and was able to download the fixes. I am using chrome, so don't know if this is the reason for my issues.

I can't download the hotfixes. When I select one; it just sends me to another screen where I get a list of the hotfixes.
