cannot create import connector for IDM from IG

Using a brand new installation from IG and  we are trying to create a connector to import IM identities.

Both machines are redhats and it seems all fields below are set accondingly:

hostname, Port: 9080, loginname superuser, password and environment also set accordingly.

 

Is there any log or tip to help us on this problem ?

What logs should I check with valuable info for this question ?

 

Checked eurekify.log.<date> and got the following:

Error: SessionFactoryImpl.testConnection IM failed.

Error : 3 attempts have failed to get connection to IM.

Shawn- checking the roles.xml, eurekify.log and idm server log (im debug) is best way to go and then open a support ticket with us.
