Hi All,
John Ulery pointed out to me that I might have created some confusion about who the Product Management contacts are for Service Management during my Service Management Roadmap webcast to the community. So it gives me an opportunity to point out that this is definately a team effort. I have the priveledge to represent the following folks:

Wow, It has been almost 2 years since I updated this list!
Here is a more current indication of who's who in the CA Service Management Product Management team. All of us represent CA Service Management, but there are some specializations listed below:
