Here are some ideas:
Make sure the users have enabled Email notifications in their Home - Account Settings - Notifications
Make sure they didn't mark the emails as Junk Mail
Check in Organizer - Notifications to see if the notification was sent
Try setting up another email in Clarity and see if you receive it there

Hi
I have configure email settings in CSA System tab , adding host name and a default sender all is well.
Issue
at times it does send emails to other users to some it does not,
I tried to check and compare the settings in outlook but I couldn't find anything different.
I wish to know if there are any other things that I might need to check in order for all resources receive their notifications through email.
