  • 1.  Inbound notification issue

    Dear Team,

       Issue 1:-We are facing one issue from provisioning server to IDM server. When i am doing explore and correlate from idm or provisioning manager , notifications are not showing in IDM view submitted task. So i have cleared all the notification pending in PS using  dxemptydb command.

    Issue 2:- So after done the explore and correlate, Users are able to create in provisioning server but not created in IDM.

    Here we are using VApp 14.2 version. So while checking in logs we are finding below info

    I would suggest putting the IM Server into DEBUG level logging and put the etanotify log into DEBUG level logging and then capture this ListOrderedSet error and open a support case to review it further.
