New TZ NOT being followed

Experts, we have a new build server based on SG TZ and we wanted to follow Korea TZ, A 1 hour difference with latter ahead basically. so it was then updated on the DB side. As we logged on server, its KST TZ already but when we schedule a dummy job, it is not running as expected.It still adds +1hr instead. Below are the actual details where it has not yet run @ 1505 KST. Is there anything needed to be changed that was missed?

you need to make sure teh POSIX on servers have the timezone you are using. 
all POSIX on *nix can be found in zoneinfo.
Always use the standard POSIX name and not the aliases you see with autotimezone.
