    Thanks for the list.
    Regarding this one:
    • [Color] Reverted back to the old color names. We are keeping the new color scheme.

Can we just get a color palette instead of 10 pre-define colors, 3 of which have predefined uses (blue, orange, gray) and one shows up another color in some apps ("no color" displays as a shade of gray)?  You are storing them in the db as hex already so is it a big ask to give us the ability to harness its potential?

    Hi @Mitch Goldman,

thank you for your feedback regarding colors.

This is something we are considering on the future, but not easily implemented with our current set up.
I have added it to our longer term idea backlog for now.

Thanks again for your input. It is much appreciated.

    Best,

    Andrea

Was this pushed out to all SaaS yesterday ? It says 2/10/2020 but I am not clear if that is the release date and/or the install/push date or both?

    Thanks!

You mention Link Existing replacing Choose Existing. I saw that a couple of days ago, but it seems to have reverted back to Choose Existing. I'm creating some end user documentation, it would be really helpful to know which is going to stick.  :)

    Thanks!

    Hi @Terry Ginzburg,

the link existing change is now in production.
We had to revert our initial release, since it caused a defect that we have since addressed.

So the old UI had a way for a Workspace Admin to minimize widgets on dashboards. I use this a lot for dashboards where I prototype things and don't always need to see a widget's output. Regular users didn't have the minimize widget icon.

With the new UI, I now have dozens of widgets that are minimized that can't be un-minimized. Making them expand to full-screen and back doesn't revert them to being open. Is there a buried setting that allows me to get these open, and potentially re-minimize them?

I've tried this in all browser flavors.

** Update ** - The functionality is still there - the space between the settings gear icon and the maximize icon - if clicked there, performs the minimize and re-open functionality. Is there supposed to be an icon there?

Hi Greg, this is a Labs feature called "Windowed Dashboards".  It must be On for you but not enabled for your Subscription.  Some of my users have complained that they don't see the minimize icon.  (As you said, the function still works, just can't see the icon.)

Yes, I have it On, so I assumed this meant it was enabled for my Subscription - as other options are not enabled. Maybe we need a separate column showing what's on and what's subscription enabled in case it's not both?

    Hi @Greg Monahan,

we released a fix for this. You should now be able to minimize apps again in your dashboard.

    Hi @Hany Shanata,

If you raise a case through our website, the support team can check the state of play of your subscription on any topic. Most users have migrated to the new UI and only a select few organisations are still on the old UI. It is possible you are in one of those.

I responded to your other post with something to look at before you contact our support team.

    Hello!

Not sure if I'm on the right place, apologies if not. We have Rally SaaS and SSO for user authentication. Rally has an option to use a Custom Logout Page. I have this configured but it does not work.

I opened a ticket with support and they said there is a defect already but I would like to know when it will be fixed.

    Thank you!
