  • 1.  Groups not visible in Operator Console for Operator ACL users

    Hi team , 
    We are using UIM 20.3.
    The users created in Operator console with Operator ACL are unable to see the Groups created in Operator Console.
    Also i tested that the a different user created in Infrastructure manager with Operator ACL is able to see the Groups created in Operator Console.
    There is no change in default Operator ACL present on both Operator Console and Infrastructure manager.

    Can you please suggest what could be the reason for this behavior and what ACL needs to be modified in OPerator Console "operator" ACL?

    NimBUS users are created in IM console and can see all groups.
    Account users are created in OC and can only see groups created by a user under the same account.

    And, the Account should of course be associated with one or more origins.

    Even if   the groups in OC are created  by the admin ACL account then also members of Operator ACL created in OC cannot view it ?
    Also what does the Origin signifies in account creation ?what origin are we talking about ?

    Even an account user with the Administrator ACL with all permissions will only be able to see groups created by someone in the same account. 
    The origin that is used as an identifier for all monitored devices and shows up in Account Admin as Ownership (origin) when creating/editing an account.
