    Hi there,

we just started using ZDU upgrade from v12.1.1 to v12.3.1,  Stuck in Step two (Processes).  Cannot start any new WP but was able to start new CP.  below is the error & opened Case 20280982 with Support

1/23/2020 02:54:19 PM U00011893 Work process 'UC4#WP010' will be shut down because its netArea differs from the netArea of the primary server ('' <> 'UC4').

    THX for your experience!

should mention that we oly use ZDU within one Major version - Upgrades (latest from 11.2 to 12.3) are done the old way :-)

    cheers, Wolfgang

We attempted Dev and failed due to a configuration issue on one of our active nodes.  The exact issue was that we had ~/automic/utility/bin in our ld_library_path on the side we did not do the dbload from.  Had I caught that it would have worked fine.  I ended up cold starting then figuring out the LD issue.  We have since removed automic/utility/bin from the LD_library

We then built a sandbox on AWS and did 12.1 up to 12.3 HF2 stopping at 12.2 in the middle.  It went off without a hitch.

Prod ZDU went through without issue, 12.2 to 12.3 HF2
