    Hi Community,

In Relationship Viewer, we got a fault alarm message, but when we click "Show Alarms" it doesn't showing any alarm. These devices are in good condition, no alarm at all.

I have searched in USM and IM Alarm Console (in case the alarms are not syncronize), but didn't find any alarms that contains "Fault" or something like that.

    Please check the attachments.

    Thank you.

    Hi Andre

What version of UIM and nas probe running in your environment

    Hi Franklin,

Our CA UIM version is 8.5.1 with nas probe version 9.0.3

I opened hub queues from primary hub and found that queue alarm and nas from remote hub were in unchecked condition. After I checked both of them, the state were back to normal, no fault state, but some devices are missing from the topology.

Group that I showed in the original post had 3 network devices, but now it only appears 2 network devices. Any solution?

    Thank You.

    Hi Andre

Try with deactivate /activate topology_agent and relationship_ship services probes

    Hi Franklin,

I have tried to deactivate/activate those probes, but the devices still not show.

    Thank You.

    Hi Franklin,

So, yesterday I deactivated / activated probe topology_agent and relationship_services and nothing happened, then I checked it again today (without restarting those probes) and see that some of the groups have got their devices back in the topology. But there are two groups that still remain not showing all of devices.

Thanks for your help, I think I must open a case to support.

    Best Regards,

    Andre
