    Does Xtraction comes with Service Desk Manger for free ?  Do I need to purchase a separate license from CA or Xtraction ?

    Hi Guan,

    Xtraction has a cost associated with it as it is an add-on for CA Service Management products.  You would have to purchase an Xtraction license from CA if you wanted to use Xtraction.

    What about CA Xtraction v15.1 support?.. Exist any new about MS SQL server 2008 platform support for CA Xtraction 2016?

    This is the official statement regarding SQL 2008 Support in Xtraction 2016:

     

    Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014, or 2016 is required. Earlier versions of MS SQL Server may work but have not been tested by LANDESK Software.

    Yes I have read this, but i would like to know about any news if someone have tried install in this platform.
