  • 1.  How do I close an open JOBS in AWI for logged off user.

    I have a user that has a JOBS open in the awi but is logged out. When I open the JOBS it is read only so I can not edit.

     

    I am an admin of our Automic system and wonder if there is a way I can close the JOBS and edit?

    try open the object and click on Edit button

    In the Java GUI you right-click an object and selct Properties and from the 'General' tab click the 'Reset' button to reset the open flag if a user has opened the object for editing purposes.

    We are not using the AWI, so I'm not able to say if this feature is also available there...

    Hi,

     

    It's just like Vidya Praveen Batchu said.

     

    First open the object, then click on the edit button:

     

    Then you should get the prompt below :

     

     

    Just click on yes and you should be good to go.

    Thanks.  The color scheme doesn't help seeing the grayed out edit button.
