I look for in the discussions of the communities the error I got, but it seems a little bit different because it doesn't show problems of ports or java process.

I try to stop the ITPAM service and get this error:

I found this discussions and try the solutions tips but the error doesnt' solve:

Unable to open ITPAM console after login

Error 1053: the service did not respond to the sta - CA Knowledge

    Attached the complete c2o.log file

Thanks for the help you can give me.

Increased the PAM logs following this instruccions and attached the logs updated.

The SLF4J errors are normal and can be ignored.  And the error you get when stopping the service can happen and seems to be a java problem.  But regardless neither of those would cause PAM to not work.

What exactly are you seeing when typing in the PAM URL?  (http://hostname:8080/itpam)

I do see some errors regarding finding the heartbeat of the domain and also some jdbc errors.  So perhaps it is a database connection problem?  When you installed PAM, did you create the databases in the install successfully?  You might attach the installation.log found in the server\c2o directory and also the OasisConfig.properties file found in the server\c2o\.config folder.  If you would rather open a support case on this, we can assist you there as well.

When I try to log in with pamadmin user in the console doesn't do anything. The version of CA PAM is 4.3.SP01

The PAM application has a couple of years running normally but on 14th February doesn't work anymore because the inside configuration processes stop executing. The DB works well and db admin told me it doesn't saw any related errors in it.

The attached files is in the original question.

I'm concerned about these errors which seem database related:

The installation logs seems to show that you connect to the database as the mdbadmin and then later it seems to report that the mdbadmin login is invalid.  Perhaps there is an intermittent problem with the database?

Additionally, with the login/password not doing anything on the user console screen, you might open java control panel (from the Windows Start Menu) and on the Advanced tab, enable the console.  This should popup a java screen when you type in the userid/password in the browser and might give some details about the problem.

The installation log has date from 2017, so I think this is not the principal problem even so could be a problem with the DB. So let me try to restart everything from the beginning including restart DB in order to get all the variables to get and fix the problem.

The problem was solved but without the original describe errors, because, it seems that in the PAM server configured a new network card, but with wrong data and when the PAM services try to connect through this got confflict with the principal one. So the admin servers configure the new network card with the corrects FQDN and URL domines and PAM services start up correctly.

Thanks for taking the time to help us Andy_Thompson
