FAILURE AFTER UPDATE TO 20.3

    After updating the server hub from UIM to 20.3 I have a failure in all these problems and therefore the solution we have in production is not working.  The installation finished satisfactorily, however the tests that I show in the image do not start, they remain in red.

    This is not much info on what is happening.
    What is data_engine.log saying?
    Set loglevel in data_engine to 3 and try starting the data_engine probe

    Check controller.cfg file. I have had similar issue, my controller.cfg file was almost emty, there was not data about the probes, so they couldn't be started.

    Did you perform the upgrade to 20.3 with the same user that is running the UIM application Windows service and that is being configured in data_engine probe ?

    It seems that you data_engine is now up and running?
    Can you try to start the probe: nis_server and discovery_server?
    Note: in case the date_engine still fails it would be interesting to see the full data_engine.log file

    the data_engine does not start the probe correctly, like the other probes that I mentioned, I am attaching the probe log

    that log file seems to be normal but not complete ?
    Did you open a support ticket?

    in my case de controller.cfg contain all the information.
