There is a column on Inventory view called FlowEnabled. It should be "on" for interfaces with flow on.
You may see "off", meaning it's coming from NFA, but flow is currently off.
You may see "n/a", meaning it's NOT coming from NFA at all.
You might want to create a group of interfaces where Flow = on, and then you can select that group for Inventory->Interfaces view.

You must configure network devices to send NeFlow data to the Harvester.
Also, the harvester must be allowed to discover the devices sending netflow data.
