How to disable LDAP integration with Spectrum OneClick
Description: If there are issues with LDAP authentication in Spectrum, is there a way to disable the LDAP authentication outside of the Spectrum OneClick Administration -> LDAP Configuration web page since login is not currently possible?
Solution: Perform the following on the Spectrum OneClick Server system:
- Log into the system as the user that owns the Spectrum OneClick installation
- Make a backup of the $SPPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/META-INF/context.xml file
- Edit the $SPPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/META-INF/context.xml file. Find the connectionURL and alternateURL parameters and change them to look like:
connectionURL="" alternateURL=""
Save the changes.
- Restart tomcat on the Spectrum OneClick system
