If all the users in the department will have the same perms that are diff from other users, you could create a role for the group of users with the menus and role rights they should have. Then set each user to the new role.
You can create new menu(s) with the dashboards they should have access to, and then assign those menus to the role.

We are using CA Performance Management ver 21.2.1. How I can setup user roles and permissions for a group (department) rather individual so they can have access to their Dashboards to view Availability, Errors, etc. and all we need to do it...make the groups for them.
