Hi Team
We have created a New Test setup which is a replica of the production environment. The Env is as follows
- Service desk -Server 1- 17.3 RU03 patch
- catalog server
- search server
The installation went fine of all the components but when we click on MORE in service point , I cannot see the service offerings.
Steps taken-
1- checked the SLCM hostname in the database - it is there
2) Service catalog is set to yes in the configuration
3) All the post-installation steps has been performed successfully
4) rebuilding of Indexes and has been done
5) I can see these offerings in the elastic search .
Any idea and feedback . Has anyone seen this
