    Hi I am upgrading my 12.7 system to 14.1 and we have an offline SDM installed for boxi reports. For Boxi Upgrade CA Says we need a new server to import reports from the existing boxi. I would like to know what would be the upgrade sequence for boxi. Something like...  I would like to avoid having a third service desk mdb created in the process

     

    1- Upgrade the Prod SDM

    2- Upgrade the current Boxi SDM Offline DB

    3 Install Boxi

    4- Install The new SDM on the 4.1 Boxi Server an point to the old mdb

    5 Import the Universe from 3.1
