    Hi Team

    As discussed this morning the attachments are accessed and saved on the Background Server ABC-CASDM-BG via http://ABC-CASDM-BG:8080/CAisd/UploadServlet

     

    The mobile application installed on Android or IOS devices access SDM using the http://323.12.XXX.XXX:8050 which is pointing to the SMR-CASDM application server which will internally call the above URL.We can't set DNS entry for domainless name in Internet, we can set DNS entry for FQDN only in AD or Internet DNS.

    can you please help how we can change this to FQDN so that mobile related activity is resolved

    Hi Santhosh,

    Go to the servers and change the URL in the respective servers defined.

    You may need to also change this on the NX.env files of the respective servers and restart the services for the changes to take effect.
