    Hi

i have restored PAM database in test server. Now im reconfugring PAM but its giving following error on PAM Runtime configuration window

"The Runtime Database is used by another orchestrator"

How can i resolve this issue and make configuration successful?

Is there any entry need to be delete or modify in Properties table ? PropKey or PropValue?

I don't believe that you can restore a database from another PAM Orchestrator and have a new PAM Orchestrator use that database.

You can review this knowledge document:
    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/20336

But as stated in that document no existing running instances will work after this process.   Support has stopped recommending clients use it at is almost never works without some issues.

Since existing running instances cannot be moved in this way Support typically recommends installing against a fresh database, adding connectors, and importing the library of process definitions, and moving forward from there.
