    Hi,

We have distributed environment of eHealth and spectrum and currently monitoring more than 12000 devices. The discovery in eHealth has been configured through spectrum, as soon as new device will be added to spectrum global collection, discovery of ehealth will happen aoutomaticaly through spectrum.
From few days we are getting an alarm in eHealth manager.

    "EHEALTH INTEGRATION ERROR"
Alarm Detail: The eHealth integration encountered an error while attempting to launch Synhronized discovery job. Please check the integration server log on <server name> for more information.

Why it is happening and how can I resolve this issue, if any one has solution please update me. I have attached a screen shot of alarm.

    Thanks in advance

What you should post is the log file specified, not the screenshot. That is not very helpful when you try to identify the cause of the problem.

You can find the log file on Spectrum OneClick server at $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/. Here $SPECROOT is the Spectrum installation path.

    Hi
Can you also share the Spectrum and eHealth versions used.  Probably latest versions of Spectrum may not work with older versions eHealth....?  Has this worked before?  If so then what has changed in the environment, hardware changes...software upgrades,,,,anything?

    Thanks,
