How to configure a user for backup ?

We are taking backup using a URL to the server as in the following example :

 

https://Gateway.domain.com:port/ssg/backup?node=Gateway1

 

Doing so requires us to enter admin login and password.

So we created another user but i don't know what role should i grant it ?

 

I tried with Operator and got : 403 Not permitted

 

Any idea ?

One of the prerequisites to taking a backup on the API Gateway is:

• The person performing the backup has the role "Administrator" (must be able to Read and Write all entity types).

 

The "Operator" role will not have sufficient privileges, so you will need to provide the user the "Administrator" role.
