I would like to create average time report.
I mean create report to show time status on ticket.
Example Column 1 Status "Open", time = 10 min.
Column 2 Status "In Progress", time = 60 min.
Can you help me to select the query object or you have best practice to create average time report?

Once you have this feature enabled you will then have a table that contains the value of various ticket fields and the time they were updated. To build your report you would look for changes to the Status field and the time between updates to determine how long the ticket remained in that status.
