    Hi All!

I'm facing problem to discovery devices in the discovery console.

All Ip address that I try to discovery returns "No models found", So I did the same discovery under the topology and all IP address works.

What can I do to solve the discovery console problem?

    Can you help me please?

    Hi Flavio,

You might want to check the discovery configuration and make sure that you are using the correct SNMP version with the right community string for the discovery. This issue seems like it may be an issue with the discovery configuration.

    Best,

Enable the AutoDiscovery debug by doing the following:

    1. Log into OneClick as an ADMIN user

    2. Find and select the VNM model

    3. Click on the Information tab in the Component Detail panel

    4. Find and expand the AutoDiscovery Control -> Debug Options subview

    5. Set Debug AutoDiscovery to ON

Run a discovery configuration with a few of ht ip addresses. Then check the $SPECROOT/SS/ADiscDebug* file for errors.

Also in your discovery configuration check to make sure the “Require discovered IP entry in devices’ IP Address Table” in the Advanced Modeling Options is unchecked.

Also could you please specify which protocol options are selected from the modelling configuration of the Discovery console.  The ADISC debug will contain sensitive information.  Please open an issue at support.ca.com to have it investigated.
