    Hi All

     

    Is there anyway to set up the Spectrum to reopen an service desk ticket if the alarm persist?

    If the alarm was cleared in Spectrum I believe it will close the ticket in ServiceDesk. A new alarm would open a new ticket in ServiceDesk. It will not reopen an existing ticket that was closed.
