CA IDM - Bulk Loader validation question

Hi,

 

I have a requirement to bulk upload the users into IDM r12.6 sp2 using using "Bulk Loader" task. Issue here is, some of the username's has got * in it -

eg:

ABohn1***

Jan.28-2014*

*BCDourtney1.

 

I made sure that i am able to create users in CA directory directly, which confirms CA directory is fine. It seems that IDM has got some validation to filter the * character.

 

Can somebody please tell me where i can disable the validation for the bulk loader task ?

Please check your Directory.xml and create user task.

IDM may have an inbuilt check as * is used as wild character in search.
